We earn commission from casinos listed on this site. It never changes our scores — the methodology is public and the category breakdown is on every casino page.

Responsible Gambling

How to keep gambling a game — limits, blocks, self-exclusion and where to get help.

Adults only

18+, and it stays that way

Every casino on this site is for adults. Gambling has a negative expected return by design: over time the house keeps a share of everything wagered, and no bonus, code or strategy on this site changes that. Play with money you can lose without it mattering, and stop when it stops being fun.

Signs worth taking seriously

One of these on its own is a nudge. Several together is a reason to act today.

  • Staking more than you planned, or more than you can afford to lose
  • Needing bigger bets to feel the same thing
  • Going back to win losses back
  • Borrowing, selling or moving money around to keep playing
  • Being vague or untruthful with people about how much you play
  • Gambling cutting into work, study, sleep or the people around you
  • Feeling restless, low or irritable when you try to stop

None of this is a diagnosis. If it sounds familiar, the services below are free, confidential and used to hearing it.

Take control before you need to

Every tool here works better set in advance than in the middle of a session

Deposit and loss limits

Almost every licensed casino lets you cap what you can deposit or lose per day, week or month from account settings. Increases usually take effect only after a delay; decreases take effect immediately.

Session and reality checks

Set a session timer or a reminder that interrupts play at fixed intervals. It breaks the loop that keeps you in the chair.

Cooling-off

A short break — a day up to a few weeks — that locks the account without closing it. Ask support directly if you cannot find it in settings.

Turn off the marketing

Unsubscribe from casino bonus mail and push alerts, and switch off promotional emails in your profile here too.

Self-exclusion and blocking

When a limit is not enough, take the option away entirely

Self-exclusion shuts your account for a fixed period that cannot be shortened by asking nicely. Start with the casino itself: every licensed operator has to offer it, usually from account settings or through support. Then close the door on the rest.

GAMSTOPGreat Britain

One free registration excludes you from every online operator licensed in Great Britain, for six months, one year or five years.

BetBlocker

National self-exclusion schemes only cover operators licensed in that country. Check what exists where you live — if there is no scheme, device-level blocking is the closest equivalent.

Our part in this

We are an affiliate site: we earn commission when someone signs up at a casino we list. That is exactly why this page is not buried in the footer.

Responsible gamblingAbout
  • We do not run bonus countdowns, fake urgency or messaging aimed at chasing losses.
  • Every redirect to an operator carries the 18+ line before you get there.
  • If a casino has blocked a self-excluded player from excluding, that is a dispute — file it and we will publish the outcome.
